Based in Geleen and part of our Operations and Logistics team, this role offers you the opportunity to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the efficiency, quality, and compliance of warehousing, production, and material flow processes within a GMP-regulated environment.

• Identify improvement opportunities and prepare business cases and project charters.
• Engineer and implement solutions that optimize supply chain and production processes.
• Ensure logistics operations remain compliant with GMP and trade regulations.
• Lead and support improvement initiatives such as Kaizen and Gemba events.
• Analyze data and develop actionable process improvement initiatives.
• Optimize ERP (WM module) configuration to improve material flow.
• Support software implementation and inventory optimization initiatives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization, planning, and time management abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with SAP preferred.
• Experience with LEAN manufacturing principles.
• Familiarity with GMP regulations preferred.
• Experience leading multi-departmental projects and working with automated storage systems.
