Lonza offers multiple career opportunities in Finance across corporate financial planning and analysis, M&A and divisional finance teams. Corporate Finance Internship provides a great entry opportunity into Lonza to get acquainted with fundamentals of financial business steering, planning and reporting processes in a dynamic environment of a pharma CDMO leader.

Duration of the internship: 12 months.

Key responsibilities:
  • Supports Global Head of Liquidity Management with a focus on daily cash management activities and liquidity investments for Group entities.
  • First point-of-contact for collaborators in the Global Business Service Organization requiring treasury advisory and support.
  • Management of intercompany (IC) loans and facilities.
  • Monitoring of B/S exposures and prepare hedging proposal.
  • Supports strategic global Treasury projects and initiatives.

Key requirements:
  • B.Sc/ M.A./ MBA in corporate finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, affinity to corporate finance, and curiosity about financial markets.
  • Structured thinking and business insight.
  • Ability to navigate a dynamic business and corporate environment.
  • Strong communication (proficient in English required) and project management skills.

Additional requirements:
  • Experience in financial advisory, banking, or corporate finance preferable, but not required.
  • German and/or French is a plus, but not mandatory.
