Why This Opportunity is UniqueAt Lonza AG, the role of Integrated Scheduler allows you to work closely with collaborators from Manufacturing (MFG) and other teams to schedule tasks for operational readiness.
Responsibilities- Develops and maintains a complete schedule for operational readiness, ensuring business goals are met.
- Collaborates with collaborators across all functions to plan activities.
- Optimizes the sequence of activities for efficient operational readiness.
- Coordinates assessments of impacts arising from changes in activity completion dates.
- Serves as the single-point contact for all functions concerning activities affecting operational readiness.
- Identifies and communicates potential bottlenecks or constraints to the operational readiness manager.
- Analyzes complex data to derive strategic insights and seamlessly integrates them into effective planning and execution.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with peers and teams to align objectives and achieve results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to build and deliver compelling presentations.
- Experience working in a cGMP regulated environment.
- Preference for candidates with S&OP scheduling/ forecasting or production planning experience.
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems and planning tools/software such as MS Project.
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project.
