Join Lonza as an IT Solution Architect and play a key role in our global S/4HANA transformation journey. In this role, you will design innovative SAP solutions across Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Inventory Management (IM), and Transportation Management (TM), helping to optimize business processes and deliver lasting value across our global organization. This role follows a hybrid model, with employees expected to work onsite two days per week.

What you will do:
Design and deliver SAP EWM, IM, and TM solutions as part of Lonza's S/4HANA transformation program.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges and identify technology solutions that improve performance.
Lead solution design, architecture, and blueprint activities to align business needs with SAP capabilities.
Ensure seamless integration between SAP and connected business systems while maintaining end-to-end solution integrity.
Guide configuration, enhancement, testing, and deployment activities across SAP logistics solutions.
Build strong relationships with project teams, business leaders, and external partners to drive successful outcomes.
Champion best practices, support user adoption, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
What we are looking for:
Strong experience designing and implementing SAP EWM, IM, and TM solutions within SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
Deep understanding of SAP logistics processes and their integration with broader SAP landscapes.
Experience with SAP configuration, solution enhancement, and troubleshooting activities.
Ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable technical solutions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline. Advanced degrees are a plus.
SAP certification and experience working within agile delivery environments are beneficial.
