Join Lonza in Costa Rica as the HR Coordinator (German) to provide excellent HR administration services across the organization! This role handles Employee Lifecycle Transactional cases accurately and promptly, aligns HR-related documents with the law, and maintains updated HR systems.
Key responsibilities:Delivers accurate and timely HR administration support to internal partners like employees, managers, and the HR community, ensuring adherence to HR procedures and processes.
Documents and transfers knowledge of recurrent cases to help increase Tier 0 or 1 case resolution.
Provides input and ideas to improve transactionally, respectively process efficiencies.
Assumes ownership for performance against HR Services objectives for areas of responsibility.
Interacts and works closely with other team members and HR teams on issues that relate to but also may require the involvement of teams beyond the HR Shared Services team.
German and English language proficiency, both written and verbal.
Advanced Bachelor's degree in HR, Administration, or a related field preferred.
Intermediate experience within an HR administration or shared services organization preferred.
Strong administration skills.
Desired experience with Microsoft Office, Workday and Service Now.
