Lead and develop a team of supervisors and specialists, including coaching, qualification, recruitment, and performance management.
Oversee daily production support activities, covering production planning, plant logistics, and material supply.
Drive supply chain transformation initiatives—such as SAP EWM deployment—ensuring alignment across Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and global functions.
Serve as the key operational interface for supply chain and logistics projects, representing Microbial Operations in cross-functional initiatives.
Ensure strong change management execution with timely and transparent communication to stakeholders.
Manage cold-chain operations and all related storage environments, including day storage, tanks, and refrigerated containers.
Oversee process orders, quality orders, and contribute to cost-optimization efforts supporting operational targets.
7–10 years of experience in operations, plant logistics, or supply chain within a GMP-regulated biotechnological or chemical manufacturing environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline; Economics is considered an advantage.
Strong knowledge of SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, MES interfaces, and supporting systems such as Trackwise, DMS, and LIMS.
Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to guide, develop, and motivate diverse teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across production, quality, supply chain, procurement, and IT.
Highly organized and solution-oriented mindset, with strong planning, prioritization, and problem‑solving capabilities.
Fluent German and business-fluent English.
