Global Supplier Quality Governance and Oversight Manager

As the Global Supplier Quality Governance and Oversight professional, you will lead GxP-critical supplier lifecycle phases and be accountable for maintaining a superior, inspection-ready compliance level across our global operations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for supplier escalations, ensuring team productivity and cross-site coordination to mitigate supplier risks.

• Ensure and enforce regulatory compliance of the global supplier lifecycle to maintain "inspection-ready" status at all times.

• Lead and supervise the supplier quality team in a leadership capacity, fostering a high-performance environment.

• Direct the supplier escalation process, maintaining rigorous oversight of all supplier operational risks and driving robust compliance during on-boarding.

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for supplier-related escalations, ensuring Lonza sites are fully aware of risk operations.

• Oversight of the Supplier Quality Management System (QMS) as it pertains to global supplier compliance.

• Cultivate cross-functional cooperation among all partners in the supplier lifecycle management process and key stakeholders.

• Establish and lead a cross-functional Board for Continuous Improvements in Supplier Management, involving global Lonza sites.

• Perform and support basic and advanced training for sites on the supplier lifecycle, ensuring all locations are onboarded on their specific responsibilities.

• Drive synergies across sites related to Supplier Quality to streamline processes and improve global efficiency.

• Extensive experience in Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality, or Supply Chain Compliance within a GxP environment.

• Proven leadership skills with experience supervising teams and managing complex, cross-functional projects.

• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and Quality Management Systems (QMS).

• Strong communication skills with the ability to act as a conduit between global sites and corporate leadership.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify risks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ability to influence and lead without direct authority in a matrixed global organization.

• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
