As a Formulations Scientist, you will have the opportunity to develop innovative liquid dietary supplement products while working with customers, scientists, and cross-functional teams across the business. - Develop and test liquid dietary supplement formulations that meet customer and business requirements.
- Analyze formulation data, maintain laboratory records, and document results in the global formulation database.
- Partner with Quality Assurance and Regulatory teams to support compliant product development and material assessments.
- Review and approve manufacturing documentation, including Master Batch Records and formulation-related records.
- Train and mentor new team members and interns while supporting knowledge sharing across the team.
- Manage laboratory operations, including equipment calibration, supplier support, and laboratory scheduling.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance laboratory efficiency, product quality, and business performance.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Food Science, Natural Medicine, or a related scientific discipline.
- Experience developing liquid dietary supplement formulations.
- Knowledge of GMP, FDA, and other regulations relevant to the dietary supplement industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and scientific reasoning skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with laboratory documentation and computer-based systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
