Financial Planning Application Developer (SAP Analytics Cloud)
The Financial Planning Application Developer (SAP Analytics Cloud) plays a key role in designing, building, and operating enterprise planning solutions within Lonza’s Digital Finance team. This position supports FP&A by delivering scalable and high-performing SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) planning applications across integrated financial and workforce planning processes. The role combines strong technical expertise in SAP SAC with a solid understanding of financial planning processes, acting as a bridge between Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.

- Design, develop, and optimize SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning solutions
- Configure SAC planning components including Data Actions, Multi Actions, Input Controls, Data Locking, Advanced Formulas, and Security
- Customize and enhance SAP Business Content for Integrated Financial Planning and Workforce Planning
- Identify gaps in standard SAP content and propose scalable solutions
- Support solution design workshops and deliver training sessions
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and operate SAC planning applications
- Act as a liaison between Finance, IT, and business stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Data Science
- Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud Planning
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes
- Experience customizing SAP Business Content
- Technical skills including Advanced Formulas and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
