As a Finance Graduate at Lonza, you will begin a remarkable early career journey. This specific opportunity involves a rotational program over 24 months, offering you exposure to various aspects of corporate finance across our global organization. You'll play a crucial role in supporting our financial planning, reporting, and controlling activities, as well as evaluating critical investment decisions. This role is crafted to develop your skills through a custom personal development plan and dedicated mentorship program, guaranteeing a valuable and enriching experience.

Key responsibilities:
Provide analysis and support the delivery of financial reports to business plans.
Support the presentation of financial performance, full-year forecasts, and budget variances, including understanding financial opportunities and risks.
Analyze financial information for errors and trends.
Support projects and Cost Centers controlling.
Assist with various procurement processes, such as requisitions and purchase orders.
Understand the cost drivers of the business and provide insights to non-finance members.
Assist with year-end and internal audits.
Support broader FP&A projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare and analyze SAR consolidation (Sales, Marketing, Admin, R&D).
Key requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance, or equivalent experience.
Master's degree or equivalent experience in Finance or MBA strongly preferred.
Proven analytical skills and attention to detail.
Geographical mobility required for rotational assignments.
Ability to strictly adhere to deadlines and effectively manage time.
