You will play a crucial role in developing and delivering beneficial programs for our customers, focusing on quality, supply chain, and operations. Your technical proficiency and collaborative spirit will help us challenge and excel in the market, ensuring flawless execution and continuous improvement of our products and services!
Key Responsibilities:- Successfully execute Lonza AG’s beneficial programs across quality, supply chain, and encapsulation operations in your assigned territory.
- Identify target accounts for strategic program deployment and resolve their specific needs.
- Develop outstanding domain expertise in at least one field to improve program development and delivery.
- Support the creation of valuable programs to boost customer efficiency in quality, supply chain, and encapsulation operations.
- Provide technical solutions to customers using the Lonza AG portfolio and technical encapsulation expertise.
- Train customers on standard methodologies for encapsulation, including capsule handling, filling machine setup, and encapsulation troubleshooting & maintenance.
- Provide feedback to manufacturing facilities to improve product quality and service.
- Investigate and resolve product quality complaints as needed.
- Offer technical support to territory sales management as required.
- A minimum 2-year degree or equivalent experience of 5 years in encapsulation equipment, two-piece hard capsule filling, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with encapsulation equipment, including manual, semi-automatic, and high-speed machines.
- Proficiency in using PCs with standard and specialized software, as well as standard office equipment.
- Ability to drive/operate a motorized vehicle.
- Willingness and capability to travel as required by the job.
- Strong professional communication skills with colleagues and customers.
