Facilities / HVAC Technician (Monday – Friday; 8hr days)

As a Facilities / HVAC Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our site infrastructure. Your work ensures a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for our teams and customers.

• Perform building repairs including sinks, doors, floors, walls, drains, painting, and furniture assembly
• Maintain grounds and repair entrance/exit gates and signage
• Work with contractors on preventive maintenance and repairs
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records on all equipment
• Respond to emergency situations and work additional hours as needed
• Initiate and implement safe work permits

• High School Diploma
• Ability to obtain Waste Water Class D certification within 2 years
• Experience with large HVAC systems (preferred)
• Basic mechanical and electrical skills
• Refrigerant reclamation and HazWoper certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
