Are you an operationally minded, tech-savvy Executive Assistant ready to empower senior leadership across a dynamic global business platform? Join our team remotely in the US—preferably near Chicago, IL—to drive seamless executive operations, high-profile event coordination, and digital workflow innovation.
This is an office‑first role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week).

What you will do:
Empower US-based senior leaders across Lonza’s global Advanced Synthesis platform by streamlining daily operations and priorities.
Collaborate directly with global leadership teams, site heads, commercial partners, and EMEA-based EAs to align cross-border initiatives and executive visits.
Orchestrate complex calendar management across multiple global time zones.
Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel logistics, detailed itineraries, and expense documentation.
Lead the planning and execution of high-impact leadership meetings, sales conferences, workshops, and commercial events.
Pioneer digital process improvements by leveraging AI tools, Wrike, and modern collaboration platforms to optimize executive workflows.
Track leadership communication cadences and strategic action items to ensure organizational alignment.
What we are looking for:
4–6+ years of high-level executive administrative support experience within complex, global, or fast-paced organizations.
Proven mastery in complex calendar scheduling, international travel coordination, and executive expense management.
Strong technology proficiency and technical curiosity, including experience with project management tools like Wrike, MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams), and AI-driven productivity tools.
High degree of adaptability, operational independence, and discretion in handling highly confidential information.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience coordinating cross-functionally and across international time zones.
Background supporting leadership in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing sectors is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
