Equipment Maintenance Technician II - 3rd Shift

As an Equipment Maintenance Technician II, you’ll support the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of production and packaging equipment within our regulated oral solid dose (OSD) manufacturing environment. You’ll help ensure equipment reliability so we can meet production goals and deliver high‑quality products to patients.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the successful candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and job‑related knowledge.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and minor electrical issues using tools, diagrams, and OEM guidance.
- Support equipment changeovers, setups, and functional checks before production runs.
- Inspect, repair, and replace mechanical components such as belts, bearings, seals, and actuators.
- Conduct basic electrical support including sensors, switches, and signal connections.
- Document all work in the CMMS following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Partner with operations and quality teams to reduce downtime and support root‑cause investigations.
- 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a GMP or manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, pneumatic, and minor electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic diagrams.
- Experience performing equipment setups, adjustments, and component‑level repairs.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems for work order execution and documentation.
- Understanding of GDP and cGMP principles related to maintenance activities.
- High attention to safety, quality, and detail in a fast‑paced production environment.
