Join Lonza’s Early Phase Clinical Manufacturing team and help bring innovative therapies from development into production. This is an exciting opportunity to build hands-on pharmaceutical manufacturing experience while contributing to therapies that improve patients' lives.

This is a fully sitebased role. Working together in person supports close, realtime collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

  • Tuition reimbursement to support your professional development.
  • Participation in Lonza’s performance-based bonus program.
What you will do:
  • Support the manufacture of clinical trial materials used in pharmaceutical development.
  • Operate, assemble, clean, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment following approved procedures.
  • Maintain production areas and assist with equipment maintenance and calibration activities.
  • Partner with engineers to install, start up, and test manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Collect and organize production data to support operational and project objectives.
  • Follow safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practice standards while completing daily work.
  • Prepare and update work instructions, training materials, and production documentation.
What we are looking for:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Interest in learning pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
  • Strong attention to safety, quality, and documentation standards.
  • Ability to work in controlled manufacturing environments while wearing required protective equipment.
  • Comfortable performing the physical aspects of the role, including material handling and equipment operation.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and contribute to team success.
