What you’ll do:

• Support technology transfer of customer manufacturing processes into Lonza Bioscience Singapore.
• Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, QA, QC, Validation, Supply Chain, and Project Management to enable successful pilot, clinical, and commercial runs.
• Provide on-floor technical oversight during GMP runs, troubleshooting process deviations and driving investigations.
• Monitor process performance, ensure run-to-run consistency, and implement continuous improvements.
• Author and review process documents, protocols, reports, and change controls.
• Support regulatory inspections, and audits.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Biochemistry/ Chemistry/ Microbiology or related discipline.
• Exposure in Biotechnology process development, process support, research or a related manufacturing environment
• Prior hands-on technical experience (in a laboratory or manufacturing environment) is desirable.
• Knowledge of Excel as well as Statistical Data Analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills, outstanding action orientation, and ability to work well in a cross-functional technical environment.
• Excellent technical writing skills, ability to provide attention to detail is essential.
• Demonstrated track record in completing projects under tight timelines.
