Your tasks can be summarized in the following points:- Ensuring the flawless operation of electrical and automated systems within the Greenwood plant.
- Solving problems swiftly and efficiently through outstanding troubleshooting and failure analysis.
- Leading and maintaining the E&A systems, including all necessary documentation, drawings, and diagrams.
- Identifying, selecting, and rigorously testing new technologies to improve system performance.
- Introducing and seamlessly integrating both existing and new systems into current installations.
- Collaborating with different collaborators to develop maintenance and improvement strategies for machinery.
- Leading smaller E&A projects with effective communication and training, ensuring successful implementation.
- Forming a bridge between internal departments and other plants to foster collaboration and inclusion.
- Closely adhering to project timelines and budgets, ensuring outstanding outcomes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
- Proven excellent communication skills, demonstrating integrity and a positive attitude.
- Demonstrated high-level troubleshooting abilities, setting a flawless example for others.
- Ability to conduct oneself in a determined and professional manner, completing tasks to a world-class standard.
