Intro Summary of the Role:

Electrician will handle all responsibilities to support plant production and outer area with respect to electrical operations and maintenance. Core responsibility will be to monitor and regulate the downtime of any operating machine in production and outer area. Minimum spares availability awareness and clarity will be covered in routine activity.

What You Will Do:

  • Operate, maintain, and integrate electrical systems across the plant as per SOPs.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, electronics, and instrumentation issues (drives, PLCs, motors, sensors, etc.).
  • Perform time-based maintenance for transformers, DG sets, electrical panels, and utility systems.
  • Report equipment performance and electrical safety observations to the manager.
  • Maintain critical spare inventory for handling breakdowns.
  • Raise improvement ideas for energy saving, uptime enhancement, and service quality.
  • Identify and resolve unsafe conditions to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Follow all EHS, safety procedures, and company regulations.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 3–6 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and utility electrical operations.
  • Hands-on experience with PLCs, drives, motors, transformers, DG sets, electrical panels, and sensors.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation basics, and industrial safety.
  • Ability to read electrical parameters and interpret performance indicators.
  • Good documentation discipline (logbooks, ISO documentation, maintenance records).
  • Strong collaboration, problem solving, and alertness during operations.
  • Required: ITI / Diploma in Electrical
