This role serves as the End to End (E2E) Program Lead, responsible for planning, managing and executing the design, construction, commissioning, start-up and validation of new, dedicated facilities. The E2E Program Lead has the full ownership of the cost, scope and schedule of the entire program responsible for achieving the operational goals of the project including the ramp up and initial revenue generation. While in this role the incumbent will have direct supervision of the Engineering Project Lead, the Manufacturing Lead, the Quality Lead and the MSAT Lead.

What you’ll do:
- Establish project charter including business requirements, scope of work, goals and deliverables together with the Head of Strategy and the relevant Engineering Project Lead.
- Build a high-performance team able to execute the project plan and ensure appropriate coaching & development of all employees.
- Establish a detailed, integrated project plan including scope of work, goals and deliverables in close collaboration with the Integrated Project Planner, the Engineering Project Lead as well as other relevant stakeholders.
- Provide the CAR together with key functions and present it to the approval bodies.
- Ensure the business case and CAR can be delivered from a cross-functional perspective (including capex, operations, process, procurement, QA, HR, etc.) and that proper resources are available in all areas.
- Accountable for the delivery of project goals in terms of cost, timeline, functionality and according to client expectations.
- Ensure the conformity of the project on the goals (market, strategy, profitability) and provide its justification from a market, strategy and economics point of view.
- Ensure optimal flow of information within project organization and at interfaces with Engineering Project Lead / Project Steering Committee, and mediate in case of problems.
- Ensure that adequate project control/governance systems needed to manage the risk, change control, cost and schedule are timely in place & conduct regular engineering and project control reviews in order to ensure that the project execution is on track. Escalate to the steering committee as necessary.
- Control (keep at absolute minimum) scope changes and manage impacts in alignment with Engineering Project Lead.
What we’re looking for:
- Academical degree ( Bachelor/ Master or comparable) in Science, Engineering, or related disciplines
- Experience with 6S and Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma green belt or black belt
- At least 10 years’ experience in Manufacturing / Operations including management of large CAPEX projects
- English fluent (spoken & written). German is a plus
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal communication, negotiations, collaboration and management skills with broad international experience
- Experienced in effectively leading larger (>100 FTE) organizations in challenging environments
- Experience in building high-performance organizations (recruitment, build strong company culture and team collaboration, establish lean and effective processes)
- Ability to effectively deal with ambiguity, translate long term objectives into short term tactical plans and balance risk for overall plant and business success
- Ability to effectively prioritize and direct tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels as well as with customers and external partners in verbal and written form
- High level of specific operations and technical skills
- Demonstrates role model safety behaviors

- Demonstrates ability for effective Planning, Organizing and Controlling competency
