E2E Integrated Planning and Report Lead

You’ll join our project delivery team and help bring engineering, operations, design, and project management together. In this role, you’ll build clear project plans, improve coordination, and support consistent execution across major life‑science initiatives.

What you will do:
- Maintain the Integrated Readiness Plan to align all project phases.
- Lead development of the Integrated Schedule with cross‑functional partners.
- Validate timelines and propose improved delivery approaches.
- Run planning workshops that align teams and define key milestones.
- Monitor schedule changes and recommend corrective actions.
- Track progress using clear KPIs and reporting tools.
- Work with stakeholders daily to support consistent project delivery.
What we are looking for:
- Experience leading planning for large‑scale life‑science capital projects.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence diverse teams.
- Ability to analyze complex data and present clear insights.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical topics.
- Ability to adapt to changing project needs and set clear priorities.
- Background in engineering or PMO with experience reviewing technical inputs.
