E2E Integrated Planning and Report Lead

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead integrated project planning for complex life sciences initiatives. You will bring together engineering, operations, and project management teams to drive alignment, improve execution, and deliver high-impact projects.

This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

• Maintain integrated readiness plans that align all phases of project delivery
• Lead development of integrated schedules with cross-functional teams
• Review timelines and identify opportunities to improve delivery approaches
• Facilitate planning workshops to align teams and define key milestones
• Monitor schedule performance and recommend corrective actions
• Track project progress using KPIs and reporting tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support consistent project execution

• Experience supporting planning for large-scale life sciences or capital projects
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Ability to analyze complex data and present clear, actionable insights
• Ability to work independently while contributing to shared team goals
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical topics
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks
• Background in engineering, project management, or PMO environments
