Key responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction for the compliance audit management function.
  • Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure detailed regulatory adherence.
  • Monitor and strictly assess compliance risks across all business units.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and collaborators to facilitate organisational change.
  • Mentor and coach auditors to build a highly proficient team.
  • Ensure company-wide compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in compliance processes.
  • Provide mentorship on complex compliance issues with a visionary approach.
