The Director, Project Delivery AMER is responsible for leading one or more strategic capital investment projects and ensuring successful execution throughout the complete project lifecycle. You will provide leadership to project teams, manage relationships with contractors and vendors, and collaborate closely with Validation, Facilities, Engineering, and Operations teams. This role is accountable for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable quality, regulatory, and business requirements.

This position reports to the GE Portsmouth CapEx Delivery Lead and requires a full-time on-site presence in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

• Lead CAPEX projects through Funding Request, Engineering, Design, Construction, Commissioning, Qualification, and project closeout phases.
• Develop and execute project plans that achieve project objectives, schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and approved scope changes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, suppliers, and EPCMV partners.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, cGMP, regulatory, and internal quality requirements.
• Communicate project status, key milestones, risks, and issues to senior leadership and Steering Committees.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related scientific discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of project engineering and project management experience within chemical, biochemical, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries.
• Strong technical knowledge of utilities, process systems, automation, instrumentation, and civil engineering disciplines.
• Proven success managing capital investment projects, including budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and contractor oversight.
• Experience supporting facility design and construction within regulated cGMP manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, solve complex problems, and deliver successful project outcomes.
