We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Workday Security Analyst to join our Digital HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the configuration of robust Workday security access controls while delivering accurate, insightful reports across the Workday HCM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workday Security Management: Configure and maintain security roles, groups, domain policies, and business process security. Conduct regular access reviews, audits, and segregation-of-duties assessments. Investigate and remediate security incidents while monitoring logs for unauthorized activity.

  • Data Integrity & Integrations: Ensure data accuracy through audits and troubleshooting discrepancies. Develop data extracts using EIB, Studio, or delivered integrations for downstream analytics.

  • System Support & Optimization: Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems as needed. Collaborate with Continuous Improvement teams to streamline workflows and optimize system configurations.

  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform system testing for new configurations, updates, and releases, ensuring changes meet business requirements and quality standards before implementation.

  • Training & Documentation: Create user documentation, training materials, and help guides. Deliver training sessions to ensure effective system adoption.

  • Workday Updates & Collaboration: Stay current with Workday releases and features, participate in planning and implementation of updates, and work closely with HR, IT, Finance, and other teams for seamless integration.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Design and build Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields as needed. 

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in Workday security configuration.

  • Strong understanding of HR system security concepts and data governance.

  • Familiarity with Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation, Security, or Integrations

  • Workday HCM Certification and/or Lean Six Sigma is a plus

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies or project management tools.

  • Experience in data analysis and crafting reports/dashboards in Workday a plus!
