Are you detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and passionate about quality? We are looking for a Diagnostic Technician to join our manufacturing team and play a critical role in ensuring product quality, operational excellence, and continuous production performance.

In this hands-on position, you will monitor manufacturing equipment, perform quality inspections, troubleshoot production issues, and help maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance. What You'll Be Doing
  • Monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure continuous operation and product quality

  • Perform in-process quality inspections and make product disposition decisions following established procedures

  • Measure, verify, and record product weights and dimensions using precision measurement tools

  • Conduct routine sampling and safety checks to ensure compliance with quality standards

  • Monitor automated systems and respond promptly to equipment alarms, alerts, and process deviations

  • Perform basic troubleshooting to support efficient production flow and minimize downtime

  • Enter inventory, quality, and production data accurately using electronic systems and handheld devices

  • Support material replenishment and machine operation activities as required

  • Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas and equipment

  • Dispose of production waste in accordance with company procedures

  • Collaborate with team members to support production goals and operational excellence

  • Provide cross-functional support to operators and production leads as needed

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Ability to pass a Color Hue Test (score of 100 or below required)

  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort using electronic systems

  • Ability to use precision measuring equipment accurately

  • Experience working in a manufacturing, quality, production, or technical environment is preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in a production setting

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

  • Comfortable using small steps and step ladders

  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout a 12-hour shift

Schedule & Work Environment
  • Must be available to work 12-hour shifts

  • Includes weekends and holidays as part of the production schedule

  • Additional overtime or schedule flexibility may be required based on business needs

  • Regular on-site attendance is an essential function of the role
