Are you ready to manage a complex demand structure comprising of products along the life cycle from clinical to BLA to commercial for the Drug Product Services organization? In this position, you will ensure data consistency for Lonza integrated and non-integrated programs. Apply now and join this outstanding team!

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in sales, proposals, commercial development and program management to develop a comprehensive demand plan for multiple manufacturing locations.

  • Analyze demands, find opportunities, resolve constraints, escalate supply chain issues and liaise with collaborators for resolution.

  • Develop and maintain cross-platform demand plans with placeholders for sites and services functions.

  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to refine and communicate demand plans.

  • Drive integrated business planning tool (IBP) for up to 24 months.

  • Ensure flexibility and adaptability to changes in scope and timelines, ensuring alignment with all collaborators and adaptability to evolving priorities.

Key requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master degree, with proven experience working in a similar position.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics and leverage tools (SAP, IBP, BW; MS Access db tool, Power Query, Power BI) for reporting and workflow automation.

  • Ability to work proactively, independently and to influence Supply Chain and functional leaders to support BU, site supply planning and site manufacturing strategy recommendations.

  • Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to present ideas in a clear and concise manner.
