Compliance Coordinator - Supply Chain

Based in Geleen, you will work within the Supply Chain organization as a Compliance Coordinator, supporting quality compliance activities in a GMP-regulated environment.
In this role, you investigate deviations, support change controls and CAPAs, and work closely with colleagues across QA, QC, Manufacturing and MSAT. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaboration and working at the intersection of operations and quality.

What you will do
Initiate and support investigations into deviations, change controls and CAPAs within Supply Chain.
Ensure timelines for quality events are met through effective cross-functional communication.
Support operational teams with compliance-related questions and problem-solving.
Prepare, review and maintain SOPs, work instructions and other Supply Chain documentation.
Collect, analyse and present process and performance data.
Support internal and external audits and help ensure ongoing compliance.
Contribute to process, planning and training improvements across the department.
What we are looking for
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals or a related field.
Interest in quality systems, GMP compliance and regulated environments.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
Clear communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to analyse information and document findings clearly.
Willingness to learn, develop and grow within a compliance-focused role.
