Cleaning Process Expert - MSAT Microbial 80-100% (m/f/d)

We're looking for a Cleaning Process Expert - MSAT Microbial (80-100% m/f/d) to lead our equipment and facility cleaning concepts and validation in Visp, Switzerland.

Key responsibilities: 

• Organizes and implements compliant execution of project specific risk analysis prior to campaigns.
•  Participates in customer and regulatory audits, i.e. explanation of concepts, preparation and presentation of data
• Coordinates in collaboration with PD, manufacturing and QC the development and validation of cleaning methods based on concepts and plans developed under his supervision.
• Drives standardization of cleaning concepts and cleaning processes throughout defined plants and facilities
• Ensures standardization of cleaning concepts  within the assigned plants (global harmonization)
• Develops together with QA or other partners equipment cleaning concepts that are aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinates the execution of actions and implementation of measures as defined by the standard work plan and the cleaning risk analysis
• Coordinates during campaigns troubleshooting and investigational activities and supports handling of deviations in the area of equipment cleaning, ensuring compliant and detailed implementation of corrective measures

 Key requirements:

• Master's degree / PhD in biotechnology, chemical engineering or related subject area or equivalent work experience

• High level of expertise in equipment cleaning and cleaning validation in the area of biopharma cleaning and preferably in biologics

• GMP experience and good understanding of the biologics manufacturing process and associated cleaning regulatory requirements

• Good project management skill, as well as proven track record to lead cross-functional teams

• Excellent interpersonal skills in English and/or German
