This role sits at the intersection of strategy, transformation, analytics, communications, and operational excellence and it offers a unique opportunity to partner with senior leaders, influence key business decisions, and contribute to strategic initiatives that support Lonza's growth. • Compensation programs that recognize high performance

What you will do:

  • Partner with the CHRO as a trusted advisor on key priorities, workforce challenges, and organizational opportunities

Attitude and Mindset:

  • Positive attitude and an authentic "can-do" mindset

  • High trust, high integrity, and absolute discretion in handling sensitive information

  • Low ego and strong team orientation, focused on collective success rather than personal visibility
