CCP5 Trainee - MSAT Tech Transfer Support
The Career Conversion Program (CCP) training period lasts for 15 months. Structured on-the-job training (OJT) will be provided and conducted at the participating companies to facilitate the application of learning and to ensure that individuals acquire necessary competencies to perform at their job.
MSAT Tech Transfer Group is responsible for the technology transfer of the customer’s manufacturing process(es) into the Lonza Singapore production facility. The tech transfer support is responsible for supporting the lead project engineers for creation and management of documents (gap assessment, process documents, risk assessments, etc.) related to New Product Introduction (NPI). The tech transfer support also support the group for change control procedures to introduce new process requirements to the site. The tech transfer support’s responsibility also includes management and improvement of process document templates and support global MSAT project implementation to the site.

What you'll do:
The trainee will attain the listed skillset/ exposure at the end of the program:
Technical/ Process Knowledge
- Attain basic understanding of cGMP requirements & compliance
- Understand tech transfer and product life cycle of the biologics industry
- Basic understanding of Cell Culture and Purification processes, and the respective equipment
Systems Expertise
- LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) trained & competent in the data analysis and sample management
- Trackwise change control workflow
- Document management system
Communication skills
- Close collaboration with lead project engineers for implementation of process design to the site
- Cross-functional collaboration with MFG, QC, QA, ENG and customer
- Close collaboration with Global MSAT group for implementation of global project to the site
Continuous Improvement Mindset
- Operation excellence belt training
- Offer and implement improvement suggestions
What we're looking for:
- Degree in chem eng, biomedical eng, chemistry, biological science, biotechnology discipline
- Individual without prior working experience in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry is encouraged to apply as training will be provided
- Detailed oriented to work on documentation work
- Positive team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate different functions
- Able to work independently to perform routine with established procedures
