What you will do

  • Perform cGMP biomanufacturing activities including equipment setup, operation, troubleshooting, and documentation.

  • Execute mammalian cell culture and purification processes including bioreactor operations, chromatography, and filtration.

  • Monitor process parameters such as pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), CO₂/O₂ levels, and cell performance.

  • Operate and maintain process control systems such as UNICORN and DeltaV while ensuring accurate batch documentation.

  • Apply aseptic techniques and maintain cleanroom standards through sanitization and 6S housekeeping practices.

  • Prepare buffers, media, and customer-specific solutions while supporting equipment preparation and CIP activities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations.

What we are looking for

  • Diploma or Degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Knowledge or exposure to biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes is advantageous.

  • Experience working in a manufacturing, laboratory, or cleanroom environment is preferred.

  • Familiarity with cGMP practices and regulated manufacturing environments.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

  • Attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures and documentation requirements.

  • Willingness to work in a rotating 12-hour shift pattern.
