What you'll do:

• Working as part of the Bioconjugates Operational Transformation Team combining operational know-how in biopharmaceutical manufacturing with digitalization tools and operational excellence methodology

• Assess new applications and KI-tools for digitalization of operations, create business case for implementation

• Lead or support implementation of the applications

• Production data acquisition and analysis

• Supervising Bioconjugates Ops overarching initiatives or optimization projects

• Evaluation and supervision of asset optimization projects

• Manufacturing Lead / Project Lead in small Capex projects

What we're looking for:

• Degree or proven experience in IT, informatics, automation, machine learning or related fields

• Solid experience in the GMP regulated pharmaceutical industry Know how in operational excellence methodology and/or project management

• Creative, agile, open-minded

• Fluency in English, German is an advantage
