Batch Record Reviewer (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a Batch Record Reviewer (m/f/d) for our site in Visp . In this role, you will be responsible for the independent and timely execution of manufacturing document reviews according to internal guidelines. You will support the production team by preparing, providing, and maintaining production-related documents. Additionally, you will collaborate with other operational teams to manage and provide documents, adding value to the overall operations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Independent review of electronic and paper-based manufacturing records

• Ensuring material release and process compliance

• Performing audit trail reviews and verifying Filter Integrity Tests (FIT)

• Checking process data and labels for accuracy

• Creating and tracking CAPAs as needed

• Supporting continuous improvement processes

• Participating in cross-functional meetings and training sessions

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training and experience in a pharmaceutical environment

• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; German skills are an advantage

• Solid understanding of current cGMP regulations

• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant IT systems

• Structured and precise working style according to defined procedures

• Ability to organize tasks independently and ensure timely completion

• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and flexibility
