Automation Engineer
Join our dynamic team as an Automation Engineer, where you will shape the future of biopharmaceutical manufacturing by designing and troubleshooting critical control recipes and fluid pathways that directly enable the production of life-saving medicines.
Fully site‑based roles
This is a fully site‑based role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

What you will do:
Translate process requirements into robust, automated control recipes to drive critical BioPharma manufacturing operations.
Author, test, and modify recipes within Syncade MES and DeltaV DCS under strict change control procedures.
Map and verify complex CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Steam-in-Place) flow paths using Bluebeam to support system start-up and production.
Ensure cGMP-compliant documentation across electronic batch records (eBR), SOPs, and operating regulations.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams, process engineers, QA, and operational partners to optimize system performance.
Continuously improve automation procedures to enhance safety, hygiene, environmental compliance, and process efficiency.
Troubleshoot system issues during design, qualification, and routine production phases to minimize operational downtime.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Process Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in recipe authoring and troubleshooting using Syncade (MES).
Practical background in BioPharma process engineering with experience mapping CIP/SIP flow paths in Bluebeam.
Hands-on exposure to or operational experience with Emerson DeltaV control systems.
Strong working knowledge of cGMP standards, validation processes, and automated batch control systems.
Structured, solution-oriented mindset with excellent cross-functional communication skills in fluent English.
