This is a fully sitebased role. Working together in person supports close, realtime collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

What you’ll do

  • Comply with EHS regulations and cGMP requirements at all times.

  • Accurately document activities and results in accordance with Lonza policies.

  • Support daily laboratory operations, including housekeeping, buffer/media preparation, equipment checks, and environmental monitoring.

  • Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and logistics teams.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using Operational Excellence (OE) tools.

  • Maintain and promote data integrity in line with company policies.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What we’re looking for

  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant Science discipline or equivalent.

  • Experience with laboratory equipment, validation, maintenance, and quality systems.

  • Good understanding of cGMP regulations and GMP documentation practices.

  • Ability to perform root cause analysis, quality risk assessments, and technical documentation.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.

  • Able to prioritize tasks, work independently, and adapt to changing business needs.
