What you will do:
Basic understanding of manufacturing planning concepts, production workflows, and capacity planning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyze data and generate reports.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing production priorities and business needs.
What we are looking for:
Bachelors Degree in in Biotechnology/Life Science, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering Technology or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
0–3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, manufacturing operations, supply chain, or inventory coordination within a regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
Experience working in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CDMO, medical device, or other cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
Experience using ERP or production planning systems such as SAP, or similar enterprise software.
Familiarity with Material Requirements Planning (MRP), inventory management, and production scheduling principles.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA regulations, and quality systems.
Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience supporting cross-functional planning activities involving Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality.
