Associate Principle QA Specialist

Location: Slough


This role plays a key part in maintaining high-quality standards across a wide range of studies and operational activities. You will help strengthen our culture of quality, support continuous improvement, and ensure that our processes meet GMP and global regulatory expectations.

What you will do

  • Provide hands-on review, approval, and support for deviations, CAPAs, change controls, investigations, and OOS records

  • Review QA activities for MSAT studies, pilot studies, and development projects

  • Oversee QC activities, including method validation, reference standards, and stability studies

  • Manage and escalate critical compliance issues through the QMS

  • Perform audit trail reviews and lead area walkthroughs to identify and resolve compliance gaps

  • Audit raw data, protocols, and validation reports for GMP compliance

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across Operations, QC, MSAT, and Development Services

What we are looking for

  • BSc/BEng in a scientific discipline or equivalent proven experience

  • Strong GMP expertise with practical experience in deviations, CAPAs, change control, investigations, audit trails, and data review

  • Hands-on QA skills, including the ability to provide real-time support across multiple teams

  • Experience maintaining inspection readiness and leading internal process audits

  • Ability to communicate clearly and mentor colleagues on GMP expectations and quality practices

  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
