You will lead high-impact capital projects in a regulated manufacturing environment, driving innovation and operational excellence at our Bend site while contributing to life-changing therapies.

This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

At our Bend, OR site, you will lead and deliver capital projects from concept through commissioning and qualification. You will manage project portfolios, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution aligned with business goals.

What you will do
  • Lead capital projects up to ~$10M from concept through commissioning and qualification
  • Manage and develop engineers, project managers, and external partners
  • Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks across a portfolio
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP standards, safety requirements, and best practices
  • Drive structured project reviews, including design and safety risk assessments
  • Coordinate design, procurement, construction, and project handover to operations
  • Communicate progress, risks, and performance clearly to stakeholders
What we are looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field
  • Experience managing capital projects in a regulated environment
  • Knowledge of construction management and project delivery practices
  • Experience working in GMP-regulated industries such as biotech or pharmaceuticals
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external partners
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment
