Associate Director, QA SAP Project Management 80-100% (f/m/d)

Location: the actual location of this job is in Visp, Switzerland. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families, if needed.

In this role, you will lead and coordinate SAP QM topics for the Visp site - managing SAP QM projects, overseeing user roles and training concepts, supporting PQ and incident resolution, and ensuring robust QA processes across daily SAP-related operations.

• Manage Quality related topics for SAP ERP and further SAP systems

• Drive change management efforts for new systems and business processes and maintain related SOP ownership.

• Manage and provide QA Guidance for defined projects

• Advice and support departments in need of optimization for Q-related activities in SAP related to Materials and Products

• Defining gaps and implementing processes related to SAP projects in scope

• Own and coordinate QA principles and activities in a matrix organization

• Academic degree and equivalent experience in Pharma/ Supply Chain or Quality.

• Deep understanding and proven experience of Supply Chain topics in SAP, ideally with experience in SAP S4/HANA and EWM

• Significant experience working in Quality in a cGMP environment

• Ability to develop and implement new and standard processes.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Strong problem‑solving mindset.

• English (business fluent) required; German beneficial.
