APAC Trade/Logistics Manager (cold-chain)

• Ensure smooth transport operations of cold-chain shipments across APAC.
• Manage international trade compliance and customs processes, especially for China and India.
• Coordinate logistics for domestic and international deliveries, including drop shipments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure audit readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support logistics flow.
• Monitor project milestones and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Analyze logistics data to optimize performance and costs.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in cold-chain logistics within biotech or pharma.
• Experience with international trade compliance and operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with customs in China.
• Familiarity with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and GMP standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive process improvements.
