Join us as an AI Delivery Lead where you will drive the execution of enterprise AI and GenAI initiatives, translating strategy into scalable, high-impact business solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end AI delivery, working with cross-functional teams to operationalize cutting-edge technologies at scale.

This is an office-first role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week).

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI and GenAI initiatives, from ideation through deployment and operationalization.
• Drive execution excellence across AI programs, including planning, governance, risk management, and value realization.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into enterprise platforms, aligning with architecture, security, and compliance standards.
• Partner with business teams to identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases and translate them into actionable delivery roadmaps.
• Establish delivery frameworks, KPIs, and governance processes to drive operational excellence across AI initiatives.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and external partners to communicate progress and ensure successful outcomes.
   

• Proven experience delivering AI, GenAI, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, including deployment, MLOps, and operationalization.
• Expertise in program and project management, including Agile and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Databricks and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
