Job Title: Associate Director, Digital Integration & Data Solutions, Health Ingredients (HI)
Location: Gurugram (Hybrid)

Ownership of data architecture, system connectivity, and digital capabilities that enable data-driven decision making and operational excellence.
Exposure to modern cloud platforms, integration frameworks, analytics ecosystems, and AI-enabled business applications.
Ability to influence enterprise digital strategy while delivering measurable business impact across the HI portfolio.
Lead the end-to-end digital integration strategy for the Health Ingredients business, ensuring seamless connectivity between commercial, product management, regulatory, supply chain, customer engagement, and analytics platforms.
Own the architecture and delivery of enterprise integration solutions, ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure data flows across internal and external systems.
Design and govern data pipelines and integration frameworks that enable consistent access to product, customer, market, and operational data.
Partner closely with Global Product Management teams to translate business requirements into digital solutions that support product lifecycle management, portfolio growth, and customer engagement.
Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to enable digital platforms that improve lead management, customer insights, campaign effectiveness, and business performance visibility.
Develop and maintain integration roadmaps aligned with strategic business priorities and digital transformation objectives.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience leading complex integration, data engineering, or digital transformation initiatives within life sciences, health ingredients, nutrition, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
Strong understanding of enterprise application ecosystems including CRM, ERP, Product Information Management (PIM), marketing platforms, analytics tools, and cloud technologies.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing APIs, middleware solutions, data integration frameworks, and cloud-native architectures.
Deep knowledge of data governance, master data management, data quality principles, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
Experience managing cross-functional projects and engaging global teams across multiple regions and time zones.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on business outcomes and operational excellence
